Motivation
I will always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job. Because, he will find an easy way to do it (Bill Gates). This an example of motivation by it being an internal and external of oneself motivation. A lazy person will find away external by him not wanting to do the hard work. So his internal motivation tells himself that he needs to figure out away to make it easier. This is what happens a spark, oneself and society. The Spark is the begging of the motivations by being the root of them because choice theory, a biological theory that suggests we are born with specific needs that we are genetically instructed to satisfy. All of our behavior represents our best attempt at any moment to satisfy our basic needs or genetic instructions. In addition to the physical need for survival, we have four basic psychological needs that must be satisfied to be emotionally healthy (William Glasser) The Oneself is in the middle by external is not being a motivation at all, but instead a form of influencing someone to do something that they normally would not do for themselves. But the need to "influence" or motivate someone to do something, then in all actuality, whatever the activity or task may be . (Hebert, 2007).
