A little known fact is that Arnold Schwarzenegger started weight training at the age of 15 and then going to win the Mr. Universe title when he was 20. Winning the title made him the world's youngest bodybuilder to win the Mr. Universe. You could be successful too, if you followed Arnold’s way. Arnold Schwarzenegger had a master plan from childhood to become a professional bodybuilder, work in the entertainment business and finally politics. Arnold made this plan to prove his father wrong. Arnold’s father was a horrible father. He had beaten and threatened Arnold. His father favored his older brother for his athletic abilities and would ridicule Arnold for his dreams and plans for becoming a bodybuilder. This just encouraged Arnold to keep pushing.
