Why does it exist: UF has a nationally ranked basketball program that everybody, including sporting and non-sporting fans, tries to attend.
2. Extremely slow Wi-Fi reception between 5:00PM to 10:00 PM at the standard apartments across campus.
Why does it exist: Most students are back to their apartments at this time binge watching streaming services or competing school work online.
3. Exceedingly high prices for cable services in Gainesville.
Why does it exist: There is only one provider of cable services in Gainesville, thus, they are able to fix prices within the rule of law.

13. The laundry dryer in my apartments takes longer than the average machine to dry my clothes.
Why does it exist: The motor that spins the wheel on the dryer easily overheats, so it spins the wheel slower to keep it cool.
14. The unfair surge pricing policy that Uber implements.
Why does it exist: Uber installed a yield management service to maximize their profits.
15. The lack of sports stores at Oaks Mall in Gainesville.
Why does it exist: Oaks Mall has a limited amount of square foots available, and cannot allocate them to more sports stores.
16. Unable to use UF’s partnership with Uber to get 50% off outside the given hours.
Why does it exist: UF will be incapable to cover this program if students were allowed to use it 24 hours a day.
17. Sharing a bathroom with one of my roommates.
Why does it exist: The plumbing system in my roommates bathroom has been broken and the owners of the apartment building are taking weeks to fix it.
