In cases where a person commits sexual conduct with a minor by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with any person who is under eighteen years of age, can easily occur with two people in a relationship where their age difference is separated by a short period of time. For example, if the male in the relationship were three months older than the female, he would be 18 years old for three months while she is still 17 years old, which she would be considered a minor. Sexual conduct with a minor who is under fifteen years of age or who is at least fifteen years of age can occur when someone over the age of 18 abducts the minor. This type of scenario can occur with anyone who is under the age of 18. If the person who conducts sexual contact with a minor is somehow related to the under aged person, it can occur much easier since they have access to the minor. Such as the minor's parent, stepparent, adoptive parent, legal guardian or foster parent or the minor's teacher or clergyman or priest. If the situation involves someone previously listed, that person can tell the minor to meet somewhere that seems normal and from there, take advantage of the minor and be charged. A priest would be able to “trap” a child while in confession and take advantage of
