Meaning one secrets to the other can be equal or not equal depending on the type of secret. There are secrets that harm and secrets that don't harm, which is another reason not all secrets are equal. So if someone is killed and a person keeps the secret they are actually harming someone. So that isn't equal to someone keeping a secret of a surprise birthday party for someone. Its two totally different secrets that are no equal at all. In "At Tea", the secret the husband is keeping from his wife can go both ways. The reason for this is because his wife could feel betrayed by the fact that her husband didn't tell her about this woman before. It can be good because his wife might say well at least you told me the truth and didn't keep it from her. In "We Wear the Mask", revealing the secret wouldn't make a difference. It wouldn't be a difference because the Masters would most likely not care. They will just laugh about the situation or even try to hurt them because slaves were not people back then they were objects and objects don't have feelings. Revealing secrets aren't bad unless you let them be bad. The least secrets you have the better because they can be harmful.
