Not only has it impacted them in a positive way, but it is also one of the reasons why this organization was created. When Suzanne and Bob Wright, the co-founders of Autism Speaks Organization found out that their grandson had been diagnosed with autism. They were instantly inspired to come up with an organization that helped families all over the world who are affected by autism in any shape or form. This organization has been successful in many ways. Their main goals that they wanted to accomplish in the early making of the organization is funding money for scientific studies to be done on the spectrum disorder that affects 1% of the world. With these studies, they could see why it occurs and how it occurs within people. Another goal they wanted to see being accomplished in their studies is enhancing the life of others that are affected by autism in any way. Since their studies were going further and further to break ground on the information on autism, they assured that the information that they had about autism played a role within the families that are also affected by it.
