Belkis is responsible for all that goes on beyond the front end of the dental office. This includes sterilizing instruments, ordering dental supplies, stocking inventory, preparing the rooms, taking X-rays and some impressions, updating patient charts, giving post-treatment instructions, preparing prescriptions, and helping dismiss and schedule patients. She also directly assists Dr. Bistritz in many of the advanced procedures they perform in the Aventura, FL office.

Esteysi Castillo - Insurance Benefits Coordinator
Esteysi (“Stacy”) is the insurance benefits coordinator responsible for verifying the patient’s dental benefits and submitting claims on their behalf. Stacy also follows up when their claims are delayed or denied to maximize the patient’s benefits. This is a voluntary service that Aventura Dental Center provides for all patients.
Dental insurance is not for the inexperienced. It requires much knowledge and experience to understand the complications, rules, and regulations and remove obstacles to reimbursement. Most patients would be at a severe disadvantage if Stacy did not submit claims for them.
