My mission is to ensure the continual progression of society through educating our young adults.
My goal is to complete a Masters degree in Math and/or Physics and teach at the community college level.

Magnet college preparatory school. Attended for Jr. High and first half of Freshmen year.

Finished all but an English class by junior year. Completed the California High School Proficiency Exam to start community college by 17

Areas of study: Math and Physics. Transferred with 3.4 academic GPA and completed IGETC (completion of general education requirements for UC and Cal-Sates)
University of California Santa Cruz – Fall 2009-Spring 2010
Majored in Electrical Engineering and Pure Mathematics. Left due to financial and personal reasons. Am currently accepted to go back to complete 7 more classes for my B.S. in Mathematics and plan to if financial resources permit.
Experience:
Mataguay Scout Reservation – Summers 2003-2012
Counselor; taught cooking, orienteering, swimming, life guarding, row boating, kayaking, and canoeing. Obtained lifeguard certification through Boy Scouts of America. Was promoted to director of Blackfoot pool where I oversaw young lifeguards teach while being responsible for all equipment, pool safety, and parental concerns. My job was to create a lesson plan for the week that would allow the scouts to accomplish all the mandatory requirements for a merit badge and oversee my lifeguards teach it. My goal was to let my staff learn how to teach classes and keep control of a groups of sugar-high children while maintaining the fun-filled atmosphere of a summer camp.
Tudor; Cypress High School - 2004-2006
Tutored struggling peers with math, physics, and chemistry. Was recommended by my chemistry teacher to the principle who gave me direct leads to parents in need of a tutor for their children.
