BLOOM was told that the Judicial Conduct Board is investigating a complaint against Judge RHONDA LEE DONAIELE. Judge DANIELE presided over the custody hearing between B.BLOOM and her ex-husband JASON BLOOM (J.BLOOM). B.BLOOM provided the following information:
B.BLOOM explained that J.BLOOM went to federal prison when their daughter, SARAH, was three years old. When J.BLOOM would call on the phone and try to talk to SARAH, she didn’t want to talk to him. B.BLOOM further explained that her daughter was afraid to talk to him because she really didn’t know him. B.BLOOM would try each and every time to get SARAH to talk to him but he didn’t understand that she was afraid because she never had a relationship with him before and it was twice as hard to start one over the phone. When SARAH did talk on the phone with him the whole conservation was ”how was school”? “What are you doing”? “How was your day”?…show more content… This was when Judge DANIELE would tell him that she wasn’t going to give him legal advice. Every motion he filed he withdrew at the end of the hearings. B.BLOOM told J.BLOOM if wanted something all he had to do was ask and she would have probably worked something out with him.
