Typical ballad stanzas are 4 line stanzas, repetitive, and have a rhyme scheme. The chorus of the song “You got me lifted/suga how you get so fly?”(Bryant) is an 8 line stance with a split in 4 lines as the second half of the stanza is a repetitive line that could be broken into a stanza of its self. The chorus is repeated 4 times with no change to it as do the rhyme scheme reflected in about every other stanza. If the song is read as a story you would hear the rhyme scheme and a small change every 4 lines. The outline of the stanzas are not straight from ballads but are correlated with
