Activity 1: Baby Boom Generation 1. Can you find the baby boomers? Explain.
You can’t actually find the baby boomers on this graph. The reason that you can’t is because the baby boomers were born in between 1946 and 1964. This would put the age range between 34 and 52. 2. What do you think the social consequences will be for these changes? Provide at least three examples of social consequences that will result from these changes.
I don’t think there would be much change. The three things that I would see as a consequence would be communication amongst people, food supplies getting shortened and more people at rivalry all because of the constant population growth.
Activity 2: China’s Reproductive Policy 1. Can you see evidence of China’s population policy? Explain.
I can see evidence of China’s population policy. There population of the younger age range is not as high as one would think it would be. 2. What changes will occur in China’s population structure because of its policy?
Less people will have babies because of the policy. This could also go the opposite direction as you may have those who disobey the law and have multiply children just because they’re not suppose to.

The percentage of females and males of the younger age group are rather
