A Day In The Ballpark I love baseball. Plain and simple. I love watching it, playing it, and even just thinking about it. I was so excited one day when I got to go to the ballpark, Busch Stadium for the first time. I would learn how much I would appreciate when I got to go to something fun that not a lot of people got to go to. It was the first time ever I went to go see my favorite baseball team, the St. Louis Cardinals, play. I was so excited to go, I just couldn’t wait! I was going to see my favorite sports team ever, live, and playing right in front of my eyes while I sat in Busch Stadium, what a treat! I was visiting my grandma in St. Louis when we got to go. My favorite moment of all, the energetic crowds, who share the same love for the game as I myself. Everyone …show more content…

I love baseball and so does my family. It was such a treat to go see them play. I learned how fortunate I was to go see a baseball game, because not most people get to do things like I did. I also learned that something amazing can bring so many people together and unite them as one. I learned not to take anything for granted and to cherish these moments forever. I always will, and to this day, it has become a tradition that whenever we go to St. Louis, to try and go see a Cardinals game together, as I once did. I am a true fan with my family and we see how awesome something as small as baseball is. I am affected by this now because I will never forget this moment. It bonds us forever, and I will know how many other people are just like me, and share such a love for baseball. This has made me love baseball even more, simply because I got to go see a
