Barefoot College is a place where women in less developed countries go to get more education in the workforce. Barefoot College empowers women to not only start working, but to eliminate poverty in their homelands. The purpose of Barefoot College is to give women a mindset that they can truly do anything they want to do. Women around the entire world are not treated as equals to men.
