CRACK! The ball was hit to the third baseman Kris Bryant. A tiny drippler, Kris Bryant runs up, throws a ball as fast as bullet coming out of a gun. The first baseman Anthony Rizzo catches it. He stands there in disbelief. The Cubs just won the World Series. Fan are jumping out their chair. Just a few seconds ago when the ball was being thrown to Anthony Rizzo the stadium was dead silent. A now everyone is going ballistic. People are jumping on their chairs. Their drinks spilling everywhere. Indian fans were devastated. Sitting in their chairs, shoulders slumped. Anthony Rizzo said, “I can’t control myself right now.” The Cubs haven't won a World Series in 108 years. The players run up to the mound and scream, yell, and jump. Many people were setting off fireworks. It was about 12:15 am and people were driving around honking their horns, setting off a bunch of firecrackers, and about half a million people driving to Wrigley Ville. They had to close out the roads because this small town couldn't hold that many people. Many people were driving around flying the W flag, or even putting it outsides their homes. According to ABC Chicago, “Manager Joe Maddon's team halted the longest title drought in baseball, becoming the first club to overcome a 3-1 Series deficit since the 1985 Kansas City Royals.” Many people can't say they were alive to this day when the Cubs won the world series last, but now about 7 billion people can say they were alive today when the Cubs win the World Series. 11-03-16 is a day people will never forget. According to SBNation, there will be a parade held Friday, 11-04-16. More than half a million people are expected to show up. The Cubs reversed the curse last night, and people went insane. Some stayed out all night celebrating in bars, at houses, driving around Chicago. The cubs won 103 games in the postseason and had to win 3 consecutive games to win the World Series. Many doubted them, but they came back and won the whole thing. Cubs fans are now changed
