Now for strength, what he would have used for strength it a moderated weight and would have been doing at a minimum of 12 reps with three sets at a fast intensity. With these different weight category's it also involves different exercisers such as; bench press, resistance squats , resistance box jumps , free weights , leg press and many more the list can go on and on. How Donte has put on these eight kilograms by doing these training exercises is by gaining muscle mass.
