The sound of basketballs hitting the shiny, smooth basketball courts surrounds me everywhere. I've got my basketball singlet on and a freshly bought water bottle that's cold enough to freeze my fingers. There's four basketball courts in the one room and another two in another part. I look to the corner of eye and can see a large digital clock counting down. There's a minute to go.

The minute's gone and the buzzer sounds, there's people everywhere evacuating from their basketball games. Finally, my game is about to start. I put my water bottle down and start stretching my legs and arms. I can see our opposition approaching. There's two girls that had to be at least two heads taller than me.

Just like before every game, I start to feel extremely nervous. The whistle's blown and pass after pass the ball ends up in the hoop by the other team. The game continues, it's been a couple of minutes and the other team are already playing pretty rough. The score shows that they're up by a few points. However I think we're still giving them a run for their money.

The ball has been passed to me. I can see one of my teammate's down the other side of the court. I thought it was the perfect opportunity to pass the ball all the way down to her. So of course, I did. I've got the ball in my right hand and I swing my arm back, to make a hard enough pass to reach the other side of the court.
