Deborah Vingle is a Program Director for a Battered Women’s Program, and some of her responsibilities includes: protecting, counseling, supervising, and educating those women who are victims of domestic violence. Those services this facility provides include: Shelter, counseling, educating the communities, court advocacy, for women who are battered. The shelter is a normal house, and each victim is assigned a room and a counselor. Indeed, this program helps by educating the community on domestic violence, and she supervises court assistants who help with paperwork like restraining orders.
