My future career goal is to become a Forensic Lab Technician or a Crime Scene Investigator, majoring in Forensic Science. This will help prepare me for both of these fields, while I can still earn a Bachelors in Science. I chose this major because it allows me to pursue a highly valued degree while still studying the field I wish to enter after higher education. I've known I wanted to pursue a career that makes a big difference in people's lives since I was young: I wanted to help people. However, unlike many who feel this urge, I had no medical aspirations, I see the extreme value in medical careers, but it never felt like something I was made to do.
