For many decades bed bugs were little more than a nursery rhyme (“Good night, sleep tight, not let the bed bugs bite”), unfortunately, they’ve made a glaring reappearance across the United States. The EPA, CDC, and USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) agree that bed bugs have become a public health issue (2016). At this time, bed bugs are not believed to spread disease, but they do cause many severe issues for those living in an infested home.
