I can completely understand your feels of being burnt out. This season I too, I have been experiencing moderate symptoms of burnt out. Like you, beside myself and my signficant other I really do not have much of a support system, which can get very lonely. My sigficant other, friends, and I have very conflicting schedules which leaves me feeling a little isolated, especially with pressures from work, everyday is jammed packed with task list. I discover this quote “You cannot be as E-ffective when you are IN-fected.” Which has caused me to take steps to reestablish boundaries and take control of toxic emotion that can come along with feeling burnt out.
