For the past five months, my principals, Mr. Adams and Mr. Pearson have not been interested in getting to know their students. In most schools, you would see principals patrolling the halls checking for misbehavior. Other times they are talking to students who need help with their lives outside of school. I know principals are not allowed to have favoritism for individuals, but getting to know and care for students is different. When I was in elementary, I used to get bullied because of my appearance and nobody understood the struggle. I had nobody to talk to, but my teacher noticed what was happening. She guided me through the year and the pain. Going to school soon became fun knowing I had someone I can trust. I know students who got bullied, raped and cheated in life. Having someone who cares about you in your at school can make an overwhelming impact. Without that person in a student's life, the school would just be a dull boring place with no hope. Once students feel safe and connected with the principal, they will want to attend school and maybe have a good day. I believe a heart warmed relationship between student and principal can make the school
