After looking through Lisa and Bessie’s projects I really liked the theme of both of them, and like various aspects of each of the projects. I found Bessie’s project particularly intriguing in all the various ways of healing from the past. Also, some of the techniques mentioned in Bessie’s project are still used today throughout the world. During Bessie’s project I learned about the different healers, and how they heal their patients. I have known about various healers, especially Jesus, but I didn’t know how they healed and which culture they were associated with.

Kyle click and his dog Wendy. I really liked this photo because of everything our soldiers do for us including their service dogs. I like Lisa’s point of view on this picture stating that it was taken to show an expression that there can be peace during war, and showing love from one to another. I don’t believe this photograph to be staged just to be used a propaganda and support of the war, but just a man showing his love to his dog and the same from the dog to his handler. During Bessie’s project I found that each of the slides could have a little more information about that particular healing, and why it was relevant to the project. Also, the comparisons and how the exhibition would be laid out were in weird spots in the project, and threw off the flow of the slideshow. I believe that the Navajo Sand Art and the Asclepius-Greek God were the best explained slides. The one that I believe that needs the most work is the acupuncture slide, because I understand that you are to have a calm environment but it doesn’t actually show acupuncture. The only artwork that I would have liked to seen was an acupuncture one so that the viewer could visualize and know what acupuncture is. I believe Bessie did an awesome job of including various cultures during her project, and I wouldn’t think of any other cultures to
