Who is the most prominent, influential person in the modern world of computers and technology in America? If you love your computer, you must know the big name - Bill Gates. He is a co-founder of Microsoft.

Early life of Bill Gates
Bill Gates was born on October 28, 5555 at Seattle, Washington. His father was a successful lawyer and mother was a school teacher. She was a middle child with a big and younger sister.

Her parents wanted to be a lawyer but the bill was initially interested in computers. Bill studied at a private school where Paul became good friends with Allen who had similar interests.

Bill Gates was first responsible for computer viruses that destroyed other programs and data.

He had severely punished for him and was kept away from computers for a year, to focus on the law school. But nothing can keep it away from the pursuit of follow up for him and Paul Computer software.

Microsoft launches
Gates dropped out of Harvard and wrote programs of early Apple and Commodore machines. He, with the pool, Microsoft started Microsoft in 1975. It was in 1980 that IBM contacted Gates and to help a special project.

Gates developed a Microsoft disk operating system or MS-DOS. This was a great success because software developers moved faster to comply with IBM computers. MS-DOS is the leader of all operating system since then.

In 1985, he introduced the Microsoft Windows operating system, which was suitable for running various PCs. It was compared to Apple's operating system, but Apple OS could only run on Apple machines.
