This is where being an effective binge watcher needs to be dealt with. Binge watching is like an addiction. It is hard to overcome and hard to stop. In order to actually stop, pacing is key. Set a specific number of episodes to watch before sleeping at the appropriate time. For example, Game of Thrones usually ends on cliffhangers which makes the inexperienced binge watcher want to keep going. Pace going through the episodes or else the whole season would be finished and there will be nothing to binge. Another factor at play may be when to sleep. Know the time classes start and plan appropriately. If there is an eight-o-clock class, stop before midnight. These methods may also apply to those who are busy with work or other activities such as being a professional athlete. Although the routine may be different, the outcome should be the same.
