After all of the brainstorming about the character and the objects and such, people can now start on putting the drawings onto the computer and digitize them so that it can now be modeled. After that others can now take and Animate it for a cartoon or video game which ever it had been intended for. Now on to intended software for 2D modeling for a video games for example, Mario which is a 2D platforming base game. The people who create video games must sketch their ideas and have many concepts of ideas (Mason). Artist Concept their ideas with sketches,they will do a ton of sketches and do different ideas of the same thing, artist do this because this makes it easier if the employer does not the first idea. After that the UV space needs to be utilized, this is because if this did not happen the drawing could be low resolution and seem stretched and we all know that stretched out images look bad (Bihorel). Once the uvs are done, then the user can start to export all of the displacement maps once they have finished the details have been re-projected (Bihorel). Now that is all out of the way it is time to talk about 3D character modeling and how it differs from 2D character modeling. 3D character modeling is things things that look well 3D to put it simply. people will Prefer these types of games only because their very pleasing to the eyes. not to say 2D is bad or anything it is that users today
