BODYWORK
The Spot-welding is done by a robot at pre-defined places on the car body, it is almost completely automated. This core manufacturing process is one of the most highly automated technologies in BMW Group production. After completion, the precision car-body is handed over to the paintwork specialists.
PAINTWORK
BMW group uses a new integrated paint process (IPP) witch is an eco-friendly production method.
