The organization is facing legal and ethical violations. The organization has forsaken the safety rules and regulations, focusing more on the profits (gain) and benefits of the company. Having been convicted for violation in the past, the company remains adamant when it comes to safety.

In this case, I am identifying with the employees of BP, as well as the CEOs (former or current). I believe that if the leaders at BP would work hard on safety, and putting the right things in order, things would change in order for the better. Besides, we are also identifying the customers.
