Martin Police Chief Brandon Peterson reports that on Nov. 27 at 2:11 p.m. police responded to a report of a male suspeect stealing two cases of beer from a convience store. The case is still under investigation.
On Nov. 28 at 6:00 p.m. Phillip Richards was arrested in a traffic stop for intentional damage to property in the second degree and aggrivated looting warrant violations.
Danetta Mousseaux was arrested on Nov. 29 at 4:29 p.m. police responded to a call for warrant violations of driving without a license and driving under the influence second offense.
Police responded to a call on on Nov. 29 at 9:10 p.m. of a theft that occured at a convience store of numerous packages of Mucinex and a Joose. The suspect was caught, sited and released with a court appearance set.
On Dec. 1 at 3:25 p.m. the Winner Police Department dispatched officers for an individual who was passed out behind a dumpster behind a convience store. The individual complied and left the area.
Later that day at 6:05 p.m. the same individual was reported at a residence passed out in a car. He was arrested for criminal entry of a motor vehicle, false impersonation to decieve law enforcement and for tresspassing.
A traffic stop on Dec. 2 at 2:40 a.m. placed the driver under arrest for driving under the influence, driving with a revoked…show more content… 2 at 6:30 p.m. the officer found drug paraphernalia in the car and found the suspect in possession of methamphetamine and one joint of marijuana. He was arrested for a warrant violation for aggrivated grand theft of a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of a drug or narcotic, false impersonation to deceive law enforcement, possession of a controlled drug or substance, possession of less than two ounces of marijuana, unauthorized ingestion of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid drivers liscense, open container and operator seat belt law for not having a child in vehicle with him properly
