Many of the businesses end up failing due to not having the right business plan before start up the business. The business plan should have consider all the risks might happen in the business and also need to calculate correct numbers as well.

A business plan is the most important step to start with, more than any money investing. Be-cause without a practical plan, the money invested might be wasted with failure. The general problem regarding the business plan shows when the planning procedure does not go with the business (Lederer &Mendelow,1989). Through research and analyze the company’s business plan, I learn how to plan and write the business plan for my own.

The store will have a sample dress of each style for the customers, when customers made their decision size and colour will be measured and choose. Before making the dress customer needs to pay fifty percent of the cost which is not refundable, and full payment is required to take the dress from the shop. Same method will be applied with veil and head pieces, and for the jewelry and shoes will be sold from the displayed list mainly. Spring and fall is the two main season to purchase bridal inventory.
