Bridges Safe School: Character Analysis

In my almost two years spent attending Bridges safe school I have learned that having good character is important. There are a few important words used to guide you, trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship. I think you can use these characters in everyday life. They will help you grow and become a better person. The first word I want to talk about is trustworthiness. Trustworthiness means telling the truth no matter how hard it is. It is important to be trustworthy for many reasons. If you are being hired for a job they will ask you if you are honest. If they find out you are not telling the truth they will probably not hire you or they might fire you. You have to be trustworthy to get a decent job and to keep one. I think this pillar is the most important one. I want my friends and family, and anyone for that matter to be completely honest with me. No matter how hard it is, to tell the truth, you should do it anyway. I don’t think anyone is really honest. No matter what people always lie. Since being at bridges I have been working really hard to always be trustworthy. A person that I can always count on to be trustworthy is my grandma. I have learned so much. Not just about math, English, science and other subjects, but also about being a good person. I use these pillars every day. If I didn’t come to bridges I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I was going down a very bad path before I came here. I dropped out twice and barely came to school when I was enrolled. I am thankful for this school and the teachers that work here because without them I wouldn’t know so much about trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring and citizenship. I wouldn’t be this far and I definitely wouldn’t be graduating this
