Workspace
In this task, I will redesign the workplace so that people will feel more motivated towards innovation. Innovation is very important for an organisation. The importance of innovation is listed below:
Survival – The main aim of every organisation is to be able to survive on the market for a long time. The product being launched also should be able to stay and be successful on the market. The company will have a better reputation.
Profit – Also one of the crucial goals of a business is to achieve high amount of profit. If a product which is recently launched on the market is successful, then it will lead to…show more content… When sitting together it helps building a good relationship and it will foster innovation. Moreover, silent spaces should also be available to let workers thinks and get concentration.
Sitting arrangement – It is important that ales experienced workers is accompanied by a more experienced worker. It will help preventing any kind of mistake occurring in the workplace.
Color scheme – Usually color has a significant impact on people. At a workplace the light should be lighter where people could be more awake and be able to have more concentration. As for darker colors paint, it will make people feel sleepy and they will lack motivation.
Introduction of technology – Technology help building a more human relationship without having to move. If you want to communicate a message within the organisation then just a click on the internet and done. Wireless network can be used to send emails.
Physical challenges and barriers to redesign the workspace
Boring workplace – If the workplace is boring, i.e. the way it is design, the color and the wallpaper is not attractive people sitting in there will loses interest
