Citing an example to clearly understand the theories application is looking at a certain company, its demonstration of the practical usage in the workplace, a company like Ford Motor Company. The company uses expectancy theory in meeting its customers’ needs and achieving its goals. As a company Ford believes and aims at increasing the speed at which they develop their products to the clients who need and values them. The company’s success is, thus motivated by its customer’s satisfaction. The company produces products that are of small, medium and large sizes so as to fit the needs of different clients. On the same note, the company produces vehicles that are efficient regarding fuel consumption, safety, and best in class quality and of smart design. Through such measures aimed at accelerating the development of their products, the company can meet the changing and needs of different customers across the globe hence maximizing its profits.
