Some computers that are owned by huge business are exposed to malicious attacks if the system is not upgraded to the latest software. It can be that the software that the computer has upgraded to has a fault in it and may cause the computer system to crash.

If businesses has an anti-virus software installed in the computer but also want to download anti-spy-ware and firewall software on the computer system for security reasons and to protect the computer, they could install a fully integrated Internet security suite which offers all of the security software and many more have a greater security for their computer system and protect the business against any attacks.

If a company is installing software and do not know about the compatibility issues the files containing important work form workers with important information on wont be accessible with the latest version. This will result in loss of work.
Depending on the company and what the budget they may have they might or might not be able to afford a strong and protecting software. If the company can afford the software the issue of compatibility can arise. The computers that the company own may be running on windows XP and the software they might want to install might not work with the operating system. Furthermore the company will have to upgrade the computers and the operating systems which can result in a lot of money. If the company was running a newer software on an old operating system it will severely slow the system down.
