In this case it impacts young children that receive healthcare in which it will no longer be an option for them to obtain without funds. Health care has been an important topic that is very controversial when it comes to funding programs that cost the government billions of money. The writer here wants people to comprehend and to put themselves in the shoes of these families and young children. Without health insurance these young ones will no longer be able to receive any type of medical treatment because the cost for paying for health insurance is to high.
