Description of the problem/issue I consider RG-DATA LLC., a mid-sized software development company. It is grappling with diversity and inclusion issues within its workforce. Management has observed a significant underrepresentation of women, particularly in leadership and technical roles. This imbalance has led to concerns about the company's ability to keep diverse talent in a competitive industry.
