1. Executive summary
Clear Mower Limited is a Wellington-based company. The manager Wang wanted to set a branch in Auckland. The target market has to be reached. The way how to send information to the potential customers letting they know the new business is going to set up. Pricing and strategies are involved in this report.

This report was requested by the Manager Wang to establish branch in Auckland. The report was requested on 26 April and to be submitted with recommendations.

Information was collected for this report by: 4.1 Personal observation. 4.2 Research of advertising pricing.
4. Findings
5.3 Lawn distribution 5.4.1 Lawn area is rarely in Auckland town. 5.4.2 Almost every house has lawn to be mowed. 5.4.3 Lawn area mostly distributes in suburb.
5.4 Potential customers 5.5.4 Most of the house owners in Auckland need to mow their own lawn. 5.5.5 City council has the responsibility to maintain the public lawn area, such as park in town. 5.5.6 Companies which offer mowing service.
5.5 Number of Dwelling 5.6.7 There were 437,988 occupied private dwellings in the Auckland region, and 1092 occupied. Non-private dwellings. In addition, there were 37,326 unoccupied dwellings in the region. (2006) 5.6.8 Separate houses are the predominant type of housing in the Auckland region (75.6%).
5.6 Age, gender of householders 5.7.9 The average age of the householders have hit 40 years old. 5.7.10 The percentage of male householders and female householders is 62% and 38%.
