A. Rationale for study: High employee turnover rate has been a problem recently noted by the upper management of Family Preservation. Unsatisfied employees lead to low quality service, and therefore limits profit for this behavioral health agency. This dissatisfaction may be the result of poor compensation packages for staff. Reconstructing pay structure would allow for more benefits, a more efficient employee, and overall improved productivity.

A. Possible Sources of Information: Information will be taken from the parent company’s website, and a number of annual and quarterly reports from the past two years. Interviews will be focused on overall satisfaction, and pay benefits. They will also ask recommendations for changes. B. Individuals to approach: I will be conducting surveys with a number of employees from Family Preservations. An interview with a regional director will be done, as well as day to day interaction with a Utilization Manager from a local business location and emails to those with higher power.
