Business Plan Suggestions
I think that Eric would say that you should never give up or give in to what people may say. You can always be what you want to be. I also think that he would say that you can achieve anything in life as long as you have dedication and good work ethics. I am sure that Eric learned to survive in this world by experiences on his own time and not from what others have taught him. Since he has been taking care of himself since he was 15, that shows that his work ethic was from experience and not from watching his parents. I think that there should be more people like Eric who are willing to give the young people of the world who are struggling the light at the end of the tunnel.
When starting a new business there is a plan that will make it easier for you if you follow it. A business plan tells the nature of the business, the target market, the advantages it will have over the competitors, and your resources and qualifications (Nickels, McHugh, & McHugh, 2013).
You will need a cover letter which needs to contain as much about the company in as little words as possible as well as make it a direct letter.
An executive summary will include a description of the business, goals and objectives as well.
You will then need a company background which means all of the income and outputs as well. Financial records are a key components they will want to see. It is wise to show that there is current insurance as well.
A management team should include organizational charts, job descriptions, current executives resumes. Make sure that everyone is solid in there intents.
Financial plans are also important for future plans. They should be able to look at how you foresee the business doing in the future even if it is not as well as you have planned they want to know that you are also prepared for it to
