Calvin Johnson was wrongfully convicted at the age of 25. He received a life sentence for raping a Georgia women after four different women identified him. After being discharged in 1999, he walked out of prison a 41 year old man. The true rapist have never be found. Mistaken Identification has been cited as a factor in nearly 78 percent of the nation's 130 convictions later overturned due to DNA testing (American Psychology Association). This has been used to help free the wrongly convicted.
