The candy man, he comes once a year. He comes during Halloween when people are trick or treating. He gives out candy, it might taste good but things start happening at night when you sleep. When you are in the dream everything is different. It feels like everything is real and you actually meet the Candy man. It is said that he is made out of candy. To escape the horrible nightmare you have to collect 250 pieces of candy and give it to the candy man by midnight. So if you sleep at 9pm you have 3 hours left. If you don't collect the candy you die. I'll tell you of a story.

One day in the year of 1996, on Halloween there was a boy named Jimmy Smith. He was out trick or treating collecting candy to eat the next day. When he got near the last house he went to trick or treat it was …show more content…
Jimmy went going house from house. As he collected more and more candy it was harder to find houses and soon he had to run to have enough candy. Jimmy saw that each time he went to a new block there was 1 less house to collect candy from. Each time he went to a house some people didn't even have candy to take from. So when Jimmy had 100 pieces of candy he had 2 hours left to collect candy. So he needed 150 more pieces of candy.

Jimmy saw that he would need some help. So he went to his friend's houses and collected the candy even faster. He managed to get 5 friends to help him. Jimmy had collected 100 more pieces of candy and had 1 hour left. He only needed 50 more pieces of candy. Then he could escape the dream and he would escape the dream. Jimmy hurried until he needed 1 more piece of candy.

Jimmy was looking for a house everywhere but could not find one. He had 15 minutes to find 1 house. He went running trying to find a house. He found one eventually but in the distance it looked like it was 200 yards away. Luckily he got that piece of candy. Then he was released out of the dream. Would you ever go trick or treating
