My Medal of Honor recipient of choice is Captain Paul William Bucha. Paul Bucha served

in the United States Army and their rank was captain and served from 1965 - 1972. Bucha was

born on August 1st, 1943 in Washington, DC. Paul s father was in the United States Army being

a Lieutenant Colonel who served in the Philippines during World War I. Paul s father was

assigned to Washington DC where he was placed in charge of Italian prisoners of war. Later

Paul moved with his family to Germany where his father served as Eisenhower's chief of staff.

Then Paul s family moved to Fort Harrison, Indiana. Finally moving to Japan where Paul attended.
