For the past few weeks, I have been reading the book Night Hoops. Carl Deuker wrote the book, he wrote it with a lot of passion and enthusiasm, almost as if he were Nick. The book really talked about how Nick became a really good basketball player, but you can get consciousness that he is trying to display that, no one has the same life. Luke, he lives with his parents and has a nice house, life is going spectacular for him. Nick, his mom and dad are divorced, so he lives with his mom, it was hard for him because he and his dad just started to get closer and plus high school basketball tryouts were coming up. Trent, he doesn’t know his dad and his mom is addicted to drugs, his brother is fluctuating in and out of jail. This novel kept me
