On 4/23/18 at 18:00 hours I was dispatched to 579 Vassar Road for a burglary. Dispatch advised the owners of the property had already been through the house and no one else was on scene. Due to the nature of the incident I responded priority two.
Upon arrival, I spoke with Annmarie Ruiz. She advised that she returned home at approximitly 17:50 hours, and noticed that the drawrs to her dresser were open. Annmarie advised she then went to speak with her husband, Brian Ruiz, to see if he was in her dresser. At this time Annmarie observed the back door was broken and the dead bolt was on the ground. She advised at this time she informed her husband and left the residence.
I then spoke with Brian. Brian informed me that he was home
