In case, Ace Heating and Cooling took advantage of a single mother with poor credit, who can’t afford to pay cash for an AC unit then Barry Bigshot was lazy in driving around town trying to get a better deal. Next, Glamour Cafe was desperate to get an AC unit due to their client then Shady Rest Nursing Home (i.e. a business that barely makes a profit) in need to cool down their elderly patients before their health decline had to buy the Freezy unit. Lastly, the approach I think is more ethical in this Ace Heating and Cooling scenario would be to be aware of the profit margin, cash in hand and the circumstances. Therefore, forcing the contract to be signed then it should be all be taken into consideration when deciding whether or not the contract is fair for all
