She most recently completed a temporary assignment for AlixaRx as a Pharmacy Technician. In this role, she would locate medication and place the correct amounts in bottles and call in prior authorizations.
Prior to that, she had worked for Xerox as a Customer Service Representative for almost four years. In this role, she would answer a high volume of inbound calls, locate doctors in network, handle escalated phone calls, answer questions, and provide support to doctors and providers. She left this role when the opportunity at AlixaRx became available.
