CompTech strategic position is to meet the customer's requirements and expand the customer base into small business workstations in order to build long term relationships. I totally believe this strategic position could be quite beneficial to the organization if they take into consideration that it is imperative to properly look into the current job specifications for the store manager position and ensure that all store managers are properly trained before they are able to fully supervise and manage an actual CompTech store. Also, I believe that they should conduct a strategic job analysis.
