Psychological changes include cognitive developments such as increased memory abilities, classification skills, and the ability to think about their own thoughts. Cognitive developments as well as changes in the brain create new ways of thinking and assessing during adolescence. Socio-cultural changes include peer- pressure, peer relationships, family relationships, which includes parental expectations, development of one’s social self, as well as increased awareness of the society around them.
