On July 31, 2017 at approximately 0945 Glenn Butorac contacted Mrs. Williams in regards to her Audiology concerns pertaining to a Congressional complaint filed June 13, 2017 on behalf of her husband. Upon contact, Mrs. Williams stated that during her husband’s last visit at the Hampton VAMC Audiology department on May 10, 2017, that her husband was unable to be evaluated-due to a wax build up in his ears. Additionally, Mrs. Williams stated that there was a previous appointment on 6/28/17, in-which Mr. Williams VA provided transportation did not arrive. In addition, Mrs. Williams did not understand why her husband has to make numerous accommodations prior to there audiology appointment.
