INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Jeffrey Tate Girard being a danger to himself. Girard was transported to the Huntington Memorial Hospital Emergency Room (HMH), where he was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:
On 11-22-17 at approximately 1703 hours, LA County Clinician Vasquez #433353 and I responded to 260 S. Los Robles Avenue #310 regarding a psychological evaluation. Reporting Party Clinical Psychologist Yvonne Miller advised that Girard had wanted to commit suicide or kill someone else.
Upon our arrival, we contacted Girard who did not want to speak with us. Girard stated he could not trust us and would not answer our questions.
