Melinda’s level of differentiation within the group appeared to have a mixture between sticking to what the group goals are and finding different ways to insert her own thoughts and ideas. For example, in our presentation, she brought about a game that I believe no one had an awareness of. Another illustration of her level of differentiation from the group as a whole; in other moments she stick with the group and functioned as both someone who would take charges in moments and in another moment I’d experience her as someone who would sit back and allow other space to freely express their thoughts and opinion on the matter.
